Jessica spent years in value-based healthcare, building systems to improve care for older adults and support mission-driven teams. Over time she felt further from the personal impact that first inspired her work. She wanted to get closer to people, their stories, and to the moments where design, legacy, and emotional change overlap.

That led her here: combining her real estate expertise, hands-on home renovation and organizing experience, and a deep belief that our homes reflect how we remember, move forward, and make space for what’s next.

She created Second Story to be both practical and personal—a place where design is meaningful and where the process of letting go becomes part of what comes next.
